Timp de preparare:
1 ora (complexitate redusa)

Ingrediente:
5 galbenusuri
250g mascarpone
100g zahar pudra
250ml cafea rece
250ml frisca
1 pachet piscoturi pavesini
crema pt tartufi:
200g ciocolata amara
250ml frisca


Mod de preparare:
Galbenusurile se bat bine, se adauga zaharul pudra, se mixeaza pana totul devine o crema omogena. Se adauga mascarpone, se omogenizeaza, iar la sfarsit se adauga frisca batuta bine, se incorporeaza cu o paleta de plastic amestecand cu grija. Se tine in frigider.

Intre timp topim ciocolata la rece. se amesteca cu frisca lichida, crema se va intari imediat. Se tine la frigider in timpul in care se asambleaza tiramisù.

Se aseaza un strat de piscoturi inmuiati in cafea, un strat de crema de mascarpone pana la terminarea piscoturilor si a cremei. Urmatorul strat va fi de trufa de ciocolata, iar deasupra cu ajutorul unui pos decoram tiramisu. Se tine la frigider cam 2 ore, dupa care se poate servi,presarand cacao amara
