Timp de preparare:
1 ora si 10 minute (complexitate medie)

Ingrediente:
o margarina
3 oua
150-200 g zahar
1 praf de copt
o lingurita de amoniac stins in lapte
faina cat cuprinde(aproximativ 800g)
o mana de nuci taiate
esenta de venilie
gem de prune


Mod de preparare:
Intr-un bol se pune circa 500g de faina, care se sfarama cu margarina, apoi se adauga ouale, zaharul, esenta de evanilie, amoniacul stins cu laptele, praful de copt toate se amesteca bine,daca mai e nevoie se adauga faina pana devine un aluat moale, care se intinde in tava cu mana.
Din acest aluat se pastreaza o bucata, care se framnatacu faina pana se face o coca mai tare.
Aceasta coca o vom rade pe deasupra, este bine sa pune hartie de copt sau staniol.
Dupa ce am pus coca in tava, intindem pe ea gemul apoi nucile taiate, iar pe deasupra se razuie aluatul pastrat separat.
Se baga la cuptor pana se rumeneste pe deasupra.
