Ingrediente reteta : cacao, faina, lapte, margarina, oua, praf de copt, unt, zahar,


Gramaj ingrediente:

3 oua, 15 g margarina, 460 g zahar, 5 linguri de cacao, 200 g faina, 1 praf de copt, 1 pahar mare de lapte, 50 g unt


Mod de preparare:

Pentrut blat:
Margarina se freaca bine cu 3 galbenusuri, 200 g de zahar si 3 linguri de cacao. Se adauga 200 g faina, praful de copt si paharul de lapte. Se unge o tava cu unt si se tapeteaza cu faina. Se adauga compozitia si se introduce la cuptor.
Galzura de bezea:
Se bat spuma cele 3 albusuri cu 160 grame de zahar deasupra unui vas cu apa clocotita. Se pune peste blatul rece. Pentru o servire deosebita, se taie totul cu o forma rotunda.
Glazura de ciocolata:
Se face din 3 linguri de lapte, 200 g zahar, 2 linguri de cacao. Se fierbe putin si se adauga 50 g unt dupa care se mai fierbe inca 5 min. Se adauga peste bezea fierbinte.
