Timp de preparare:
1 ora (complexitate redusa)

Ingrediente:
un pachet margarina Rama Maestro
3 oua
250 g zahar
500 g faina
un plic praf de copt stins in zeama de lamaie sau otet de mere
400-500 g miez de nuca macinat
un borcan gem mai acrisor


Mod de preparare:

Margarina Rama Maestro se amesteca foarte bine cu zaharul,se adauga pe rand galbenusurile, faina si praful de copt amestecandu-se pana se obtine un aluat consistent.
Din aluatul rezultat se pune deoparte in frigider cca 250 g.
Tava se unge cu margarina Rama si se tapeteaza cu putina faina si se intinde coca ramasa.
Se intinde gemul si se presara nuca.Deasupra se toarna albusurile batute spuma ca o bezea, apoi se rade coca tinuta la rece. Se da la cuptorul preincalzit in prealabil cca 1 ora sau in functie de cuptor.
Este o prajitura foarte buna pentru orice ocazie.
Ultima data am facut-o de Craciun si a avut mare succes.
