Descriere: Restrictioneaza scutul la ct si totodata nu necesita descarcarea a 20 de modele catre client.

Instalare:
noshield.amxx il puneti in addons\amxmodx\plugins
noshield.sma il puneti in addons\amxmodx\scripting
Intrati in addons\amxmodx\configs\plugins.ini si la sfarsit adaugati:

noshield.amxx
